4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts can expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within sixty (60) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. pkvip.com reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant.
